There is a dangerous virus that is circulating among the coffee drink community. The extent of this threat is unquantifiable but grand Masters of the world’s coffee is afraid of virulence and impact. Some believe that the swine flu, HIV, SARS, is for school compared with this virus. It is known as the word “eXpresso”.

Let not 8 letter word fool you. Harmless has the potential to damage the hundreds of years of civilization as it may appear when crying, the entire counter serving in an uptown Starbucks store. Just imagine … we were reborn on the 15thCentury Europeans had become a laughing stock of the world by requesting a “eXpresso” while watching slaves succumb to lions in the arena? I think not!

Then just think of the consequences of subtle “X” sliming road to the location of the “s ‘ s. Would we stands for “aXshole”? Think I’m trying to say that a driver who has just interrupt you in rush hour traffic and not stopping for suspected “drunken driving!” What would you say about a Hollywood Oscar for “best ActreXs” and I just don’t think CNN Reporters would have their tongues around “congreXsman caught with claXsified doXsier on nuclear fiXsion expreXses sadneXs on thoughtleXs measures” ridiculous not it?

So why we accept it down at the Cafe? It is time we said no! It is time that we have made a stand and beat back the evil infection. Parents should be forced to add the word “espresso” ABC and harsh prison clean without option fines should automatically be forwarded to trangreXsors … er … transgressor of the correct pronunciation.
