How to make it

Chocolate Chili Brownies recipes


What you need
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate2 sticks butter, softened2 cups sugar2 teaspoons vanilla2 tablespoons mild dog flavored chilli powder2 tablespoons cinnamon3 eggs1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup flour2 cups walnuts, choppedVanilla ice cream, optional

How to make it


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


With a double boiler or microwave, melt the sugar free chocolate with half of the butter and then let it cool.


While the chocolate ice cream on other memory butter with sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. Increase the speed gradually when you add the chili powder and cinnamon. Add the eggs individually mix well after each one.


Grease and lightly flour bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch glass pan.


Add the chilled chocolate to the bowl and mix well.


Combine the flour with the salt and then add the mixture. Mix on low speed until Batter is just confused.


The chopped walnuts and pour into a glass pan.


Bake chocolate Chili brownies for 25 minutes or until the middle of a plastic knife or toothpick comes out clean when they are inserted in the middle.


Top each brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream just before serving, if desired.


Serves 6.
