How to clean and Prepare fresh herbs

There is nothing quite like the taste of fresh herbs for spicing up even the most typical dishes. Growing your own herbs and spices are a great way to have everything you need to do on the most flavorful of meals. In addition, you can also store and freeze some for use during the winter months when harvest time is long.
